Knute Rockne-All American (1940) Rated G

Knute RockneThe story of Knute Rockne, the legendary coach at Notre Dame. Starring Pat O’Brien, Gale Page, Ronald Reagan

This film is most famous for Ronald Reagan and his one line, “Win one for the Gipper.” Rockne did change the way football is played, although, the film seemed long and hit only the highlights of his life. I would have like to see them get into the nitty gritty of his life. It definitely covers Rockne’s love a America and football. It certainly belongs in the all American film classics.
