Manhattan (WGN) Rated TV-14

ManhattanThe show takes place in Los Alamos, New Mexico as a group of scientists create the first atomic bomb. It follows the families of the scientists as will as scientists themselves with the making of the bomb. Starring Rachel Brosnahan, Michael Chernus, Christopher Denham, Katja Herbers, John Benjamin Hickey, Harry Lloyd, Olivia Williams, Ashley Zukerman, Dylan B. Warren

This show didn’t really leave a mark on me. It is an interesting non-historically accurate take on the lives surrounding the making of the atomic bomb. Even with the show not being historically accurate with the characters, it does do well in the cinematography  area and is sensitive to the time period. The show does have a very soap operay take to it especially with it’s characters. It’s like a night-time soap. Is it worth a watch? I’ll  leave that up to you.
