This Christmas film was a little over the top with sugariness of it. The sweetness of it could not cover how poorly done the movie was. The first thing I noticed was no snow and the story takes place in Wisconsin on the night before the night before Christmas. Now, I tried to look this up but couldn’t find an answer. So, from my lack of knowledge I’ve come to the conclusion that Wisconsin has never had a Christmas without snow. It’s never happened. There was a number of other inconsistencies throughout the film. The best performance out of the film was RD Reid as Santa and I enjoyed that he was more Germanic Santa then what is usually portrayed.
