Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948)

Rated NR

The Treasure of the Sierra Madre has a slow start to the greed of man. John Huston wrote an incredible screenplay from the novel by B. Traven. It shows the slow down fall of man from greed and begs the question can man change his ways. Can he come back from the fall? Acting was superb, especially Humphrey Bogart who performs against type. I’ve never seen a better screenplay than this. A must see.
