Jesus (1979)

Rated G

Based on the gospel of Luke, this film follows Jesus of Nazareth from birth to ascension. Starring Brian Deacon, Rivka Neuman, Alexander Scourby

This is a fairly accurate portrayal of the gospel even though it leaves some things out. With the accuracy of the film it’s a wonder to watch but along with that is how boring it is. Christ story is amazing  to tell but if you tell lackluster than people have a hard with the message. I don’t except bombs or fireworks but the message should be told with conviction and this film lacks.
