This film lack concrete evidence of Hoover’s life but that was to be expected when he had his papers destroyed. The makeup was pretty bad for this day and age to look. It’s one of the worst acted I have seen in a while especially from the actors. I wish it could have been a better biopic then Eastwood did, knowing he could do better.
