This film was originally set to be the start of a TV series on SYFY. I’m quite surprised this didn’t become a series. To me, this show was a great jumping off point to a series. It is a great updated version to Sliders, the nineties parallel universe TV show. I think Rewind would have had just as much if not more of a cult following that Sliders has. It makes me question what the reasons were for dropping the show without giving it a shot. Rewind had a great cast and a great storyline, definitely SYFY’s lost here.
I just started to get into this show and POOF!!! it disappeared like it was never there…talk about time travel…no one even mentions it and this is the first article I have seen about it….how arrogant…
Its a movie not a show, maybe they’ll make a second one… 😉
