This show takes on the real problem of teenage addicts. Maddie is a high functioning addict that doesn’t realize that she has a problem but learns otherwise. This show isn’t just a show about addicts, though: it goes deeper into the lives of these addicts as they struggle with sobriety. I was rather surprised with the amount of twists and turns that happen in these people’s lives as they fight against their addictions. I think this is a very theatrical story of an addict’s life, but it is also very appealing. This show is worth a watch.
