Yes, this is an actual show where the judge and bailiff smoke marijuana, then try to preside over real cases. I think this show was supposed to be funny, but I fail to see the humor.  There is nothing funny about a judge who cannot think or reason clearly.  He says things that make no sense, and then laughs at them like they are the funniest thing he ever heard.  He cannot keep his court in order, and the plaintiff and defendants are constantly arguing with each other. This show is completely pointless and a disgrace to our legal system.  It is a pass.
