A former soccer star who is down on his luck decides to coach his son’s soccer team. He finds himself surrounded by attractive moms who pursue him. Starring Gerard Butler, Jessica Biel, Noah Lomax, Dennis Quaid, Uma Thurman, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Judy Greer.

A fairly predictable romantic comedy, there is nothing especially commendable about this film. It actually seemed a little over the top, with Butler playing a man who is trying to grow up and shed his womanizing ways, only to have a bunch of moms throw themselves at him. He wants to be a good, responsible father to his son, but at every turn, he is tempted to be irresponsible. It’s funny at times, cute at others, but not worth watching.  I give this movie a pass.
