Christmas in Boston (2005) Rated G

Two pen pals who have been writing to each other for 13 years have the chance to meet. However, each sent the other their best friends’ photo instead of their own. Starring Marla Sokoloff, Patrick J. Adams, and Lindy Booth.

This film is a cute rom-com. It’s got a lot going for it, but it also has a lot going against it. The story is outrageous with a side story that’s just as out there. It’s a charming film with both Sokoloff and Booth holding the storyline. The actors do bring the story to life and have the chemistry that is so vital in cinema. While I have to say that the film has it’ s moments, it doesn’t have anything to make it stand out. It’s not worth the watch.
