A reporter confronts her past when she returns home to investigate a murder. Based on the book by Gillian Flynn. Starring Amy Adams, Patricia Clarkson, and Chris Messina.
This show starts slow. It’s directed by Jean-Marc Vallée from Big Little Lies, but this show is more violent and sexually graphic. It is stylishly done with yellow and brown hues, and everyone whispers like there are secrets all around, which there are. Secrets permeate through the town. The show may be slow delivering, but the story draws you in and makes you wonder who killed these girls. This show is worth a watch.
