Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) Rated PG-13

The island’s volcano begins to come back to life; Owen and Claire begin a campaign to save the dinosaurs. Starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Rafe Spall.

This film is a typical action film and what you would expect from the Jurassic Park/World franchise. There are plot holes; for example, not including the second island that has dinosaurs makes the saving of the dinosaurs on this island more ridiculous. There are stories that they don’t develop – like with the clones. I also struggled with the storyline of trying to save the dinosaurs; I know that is the underlining of all the Jurassic films, but having it so front and center is overpowering. Other than the issues I had with the film, it does do an amazing job with CGI and practical effects. This film is still worth a watch.
