A Royal Christmas (2014) Rated TV-G

Prince Leopold wants to marry his love, a seamstress from Philadelphia, but his mother has other ideas. Starring Lacey Chabert, Stephen Hagan, and Jane Seymour.

This story just doesn’t seem that believable. The girlfriend is very ignorant of the traditions or knowledge of her boyfriend’s family. Jane Seymour’s character just is the worst – trying to stop the couple from getting married, and in the end, there’s seem to be too much of a change around for the story to flow. Then you have the couple that, as per most romances, do not communicate. The film just uses Christmas as the backdrop – it’s not used for the plot in any way. This is one Hallmark movie that I just can’t say is worth a watch.
