This film doesn’t make sense. It’s takes place in Berlin, but everyone speaks English. You have the cop teamed with a new assistant that he doesn’t like too much. His sense of humor is rather on the dry side. The film tries to be a film noir, but it doesn’t pull it off. it’s also confusing with it’s flashbacks. It’s a film that could leave a lasting impression, but it doesn’t. There is nothing that makes this film stand out. It’s not worth a watch.
