Fifty Shades of Grey (2015) Rated R

A literature student meets a billionaire who changes her life. Based on the book by E.L. James.  Starring Dakota Johnson, Jamie Dornan, and Jennifer Ehle.

Since the phenomenon of the Fifty Shades of Grey book craze, I’ve tried reading the book. I just can’t get into it; the book is very poorly written, and it shows in the film. The script is the worst I’ve seen. The actors tried, but they had such stilted performances. I’m a fan of Jamie Dornan’s,  and I’ve seen him in much better performances than Mr. Grey. I know it’s not the actors’ fault that the film is bad. The film is as bad as it is because of the script. I wish I could say this film was worth it, but it’s not worth a watch.
