Mojave (2015) Rated R

A suicidal artist meets his doppelgänger, a homicidal drifter, in the desert. Starring Garrett Hedlund, Louise Bourgoin, and Cletus Young.

This film is based on the aesthetics of the movie. The story is ambiguous, and the characters are typical jaded archetypes. Through all of this, the film really doesn’t have much consistency. You’re just going along with this crazy ride. There’s no real direction or substance to the story. It’s hard to follow as nothing makes sense. There is nothing that makes this film distinctive It just missed the mark on so many levels, making it not worth a watch.
