This series has a refreshing new storyline. Although, the story is not the best written. There are too many plot holes to count. The characters don’t act or resemble people from the Appalachia – they appear more like they are from the Viking era. The showmakers really don’t understand country folk. They use all the clichés: ignorance, inbreeding, lawlessness, and stupidity. The show seems to run on more of a fictional stance than a realistic one. This show is not worth a watch.
