This show is trying to promote the idea of struggling businesses using Joe De Sena’s boot camp in order to turn things around. First off, there is some discussion of business at the start of the show, but then the employers and employees are shipped off to the boot camp for a crash course in endurance races. That’s where this show veers off track. There’s little talk of the business problems but a lot of how to compete in these races. I’m not sure how the entrepreneurs learn anything about their business let alone how to fix it. This show is not worth the watch.
