I was pleasantly surprised by this show. It’s well written and is a wonderful, understated comedy. The story takes us on a ride of Joanna Gold’s life, which is based on Bayer’s real life as she overcomes her cancer and wants to move on with her life. Bayer’s comedy is just so perfectly timed and understated. The casting just adds to the warm, fun atmosphere. It’s entertaining and has all the warm, fuzzy feelings as she tries to make her dream a reality. This show is worth the watch.
