Peter and Paul (1981)

Rated NR

A miniseries that follows Peter and Paul as they spread the gospel of Christianity. Starring Anthony Hopkins, Robert Foxworth, Eddie Albert, John Rhys-Davies, Julian Fellowes

This film made me fall more in love with Paul, thanks to Anthony Hopkins portrayal. It was magnificent. It gave me a better understand of his plight then I have ever really thought about. Not that he had a bad life but life was a hard ship for the early christians and that is wonderfully told in this film. I also felt that the filmmakers did an excellent job at follow the bible at the same time as giving us an insight to the problems of the early church. You’ll have to add this film to your list to watch.

I’ve added my favorite monologue from the film: I’m not the Man
