Come Live With Me (1941)

Rated NR

This film is a classic romantic comedy. It’s a fluff of a tale. The  immigration official was too unrealistic but I blame it on the writing not the acting. I also felt that the romance seemed rushed, which again I blame on the writing not the acting. Hedy Lamarr’s and James Stewart’s acting was top-notch throughout the film despite the screenplay. I would see it again just for that.
