Lana Turner is at her best here as the wife. She was fantastical as a woman who knows what she wants and doesn’t care how she gets. The movie oozes sex but because of the censorship nothing was shown. Exactly how it should be portrayed on-screen. I’m a firm believer in the viewers mind and not having everything shown on-screen. And this film has it, at it’s best.
