Wow, this show really takes you on a ride. It’s very well written, and the actors all bring their A-game. Dockery is no longer a prim and proper English lady. Here, she plays a woman struggling with the consequences of choices she’s made and continues to make, while trying to be a good mom to her son.  Although well- intentioned, her decisions often send her down an even darker path.  This is an adult show (TNT even had to edit it for content), but the story is exceptional, making this show worth a watch.
