The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) Rated R

The adventures of a concierge of a legendary hotel in the fictional country of the Republic of Zubrowka. Starring Ralph Fiennes, F. Murray Abraham, and Mathieu Amalric.

I have to say that I wasn’t expecting to see what I saw when watching this movie. Wes Anderson has a unique way of doing a story, and this is a quintessential Anderson film. It moves at a slow rate, with his quirky sense of humor and his visually aesthetic scenery. It seems as if the story doesn’t have much direction, but it does take you on some adventures. The actors are all amazing with a few cameos that are worth a watch. This is one Wes Anderson film that’s worth a watch.
