A buddy comedy with a high school tech-whiz whose prom day is fraught with misadventure. Starring Laura Marano, Leigh-Allyn Baker, and Christian Campbell.

I was pleasantly surprised by this film. At first, I thought the film was going to be a funny teen romp without any substance. But, the plot is believable, and the characters have great chemistry. The film shows a great relationship between the teen and the adult – it’s very reminiscent of the older Disney films. The movie starts with a bad hair day and how it feels as if everything bad can happen because of it. This film isn’t the best, but it is still worth a watch.
