There isn’t anything new or exciting about this sequel to the first Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. This film is basically the same old same old. It has beautiful cinematography. The acting is great, and the writing has snippets of great lines. Although, this film brings all the wonder back from the original. This storyline is not one that needs to be told. That doesn’t disparage from the joys of watching such a sweet, fun, and lighthearted film. It’s still worth a watch.
