God’s Not Dead: We the People (2021) Rated PG

Reverend Dave defends himself and a group of homeschooling parents after they have an   inspection by the local government official. Starring David A.R. White, William Forsythe, and Isaiah Washington.

I know that some people think this is a propaganda film, and I can see that line of thought if you just focus on the subject matter. I really enjoy these films. Sure, it’s not the best written, there are things that are pat and dry, and we don’t get down to the nitty gritty of the subject. This is why I enjoy these films; it takes a Christian perspective of the ongoing debates in our world today. These films aren’t really geared to non-Christians, not that I don’t think non-Christians can understand the films. It’s just that they don’t understand the worldview of Christians. It’s different, and it’s shown wonderfully in these films in a way that we hope non-Christians can see. This is a film that is worth a watch, even if it’s poorly written.
