This film is a great sequel to the original. It has the same cheesy humor and action. They even have a returning cast, albeit without Will Smith. Smith’s absence is somewhat noticeable but only because he was the main focus the first time around. The film works as a continuing story with the aliens having a new directive. While it has everything that makes an action film fun to watch, the length seems too long. Then, the ending was too abrupt. This film didn’t need to be made; there’s nothing that enhances the original story, making this film not worth the watch.
