To stop a witch from eating him, a boy tells her tales of horror. Starring Debbie Harry, David Forrester, and Matthew Lawrence.
This film includes the four different stories the boy tells the witch. Each one is written by a different author and is told in a different way. Thus, there are some stories that are interesting and fun to watch while others fall short. It’s entertaining, to say the least. The film has an ensemble of well-known actors, but it doesn’t help that the film struggles with concepts. It’s a mixture of adult films with child-like storytelling. The wraparound story is an innocent concept, but the stories the child tells have adult themes to them. It isn’t cohesive. However, it does entertain, making the film worth a watch.
