Hidden Figures (2016) Rated PG

The story of the female mathematicians who helped NASA get to space. Starring Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, and Janelle Monáe.

The story is just a little taste of what happened to make the NASA space launches in the early 60s a success. It also showcases the transformation from segregation to an integrated NASA. The film does take some liberty with the historical accuracy, but the story and acting are wonderful and give us good insight into the lives of these women. The film reminds us of the people behind the scenes of great events, and it does give us pause about the racial tension in the 60s. This film is worth the watch.
