This isn’t the best romantic comedy, but it is one that shows love shining through. The comedy of Kumail is rather dry and out of place, but that is the genius of the show. To have two different people from cultural differences learning to love each is beautiful. The film is different from other romances as it is a real-life love story. At times, you wonder how this can be considered a love story, but relationship realities make the film endearing. This is a film worth the watch.
