Dear John (2010)

Rated PG-13

I love Nicholas Sparks’ books, every one of them. I usually can read them in one night. The movies not so much. There are a few that I enjoy watching and this is one that I enjoyed. This film is definitely more than just a love story there is also a side story of autism. Of course, as in all Sparks’ books or movies there is usually a death and this time the death was love. The different stories that weave though this film allows me to believe that both men and women will enjoy watching it. I was also amazed by Channing Tatum, he did a remarkable job portraying a man with conflicting emotions.
