Ryan is deeply depressed man who sees his neighbor’s dog as a man in a dog suit.

I love this show. I stumbled upon it. I will forewarn you that there is drug use and sexual jokes but the fantastical way they portray the dog as a human to Ryan and a dog to everyone else is near perfect. As a dog owner and lover, I imagine my conversations with my dog the same as Ryan’s with Wilfred. It’s entertaining.
