This movie proves what everyone thinks of cave men. It does try to poke fun of that fact but I wasn’t laughing. It did have a cliché story with a cliché ending, one that you can tell half way through the movie. The Croods is artistic beautiful and the performances are spot on but it lacks entertainment and story. I’m on the fence on whether this is a film to check out. It’s not the worst but I don’t think you’ll miss anything if you skip it.
