Love at the Christmas Table (2012) Rated TV-PG

Love at the Christmas TableA man discovers that the woman of his dreams is his childhood best friend. Starring Danica McKellar, Dustin Milligan, Lea Thompson.

I enjoyed this Christmas film, although it has very little substance or sense about it. Basically, these two grew up together as best friends- almost like brother and sister.  Then, one Christmas, the guy realizes that he is in love with the girl.  The relationship becomes frustratingly awkward for both the guy, the girl and the audience.  It’s obvious that they are meant for each other, but they haven’t developed a romantic chemistry yet.  This was worth watching once, but I wouldn’t add it to your collection.
