The Spoils of Babylon follows the Morehouse family as they go from being poor to rich. Starring Tobey Maguire, Kristen Wiig, Will Ferrell, Doris Burke

This show is a satirical take on different books and movies. Although, it is interesting, it is boring and not a bit funny. The many great actors in this film seem out of place and not sure what to do with the script on hand. The best performance was Carey Mulligan and it’s because she didn’t even need to be on set. Overall, this miniseries lacks anything worth a watch. I just felt bad for everyone involved in making it. The time and effort  into this wasn’t worth the end product.
