Rip Hunter is a time traveling rogue who recruits a group of villains and heroes in the DC world to prevent an apocalypse. Starring Victor Garber, Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz, Arthur Darvill, Ciara Renée, Franz Drameh, Dominic Purcell, Wentworth Miller, Casper Crump, Falk Hentschel.

This has the makings of an entertaining super hero show. It did run a bit slow in the beginning, when Rip assembled his team.  The time they spent on the new recruits saying goodbye to their loved ones didn’t fit with the rest of the show, and it really put the brakes on the action.

However, once they began their first mission, the show took off.  Some of the actors don’t seem entirely comfortable with their characters or lines, yet, but I think that will come.  If you are a DC fan, this show is worth checking out.  Otherwise, I’d say it’s a pass.
