A new medical drama focusing on first year intern Emily Owens as she battles life in the adult world. Starring Mamie Gummer, Justin Hartley, Aja Naomi King, Michael Rady, Necar Zadegan, Kelly McCreary.
This wasn’t a bad show; it just lacked that special something to make it a good show. I enjoyed it, but it did have too much of the high school in the adult world feel about it. I have yet to re-experience high school in the adult world. A lot of time is spent on people getting along better with some people rather than others. Gummer was likable; she takes after her mother, Meryl Streep in that the camera agrees with her. Hartley and Rady are both eye candy and enjoyable to watch. Despite its flaws, it was worth a watch. I kept it recorded on my DVR until it was canceled.
