A man takes a bet to get a woman who is still mourning a broken relationship to marry him by Christmas. Starring Arielle Kebbel, Andrew W. Walker, Kimberly Sustad.
Here’s another Hallmark movie that is clean and fun, but has no substance. Sometimes, I can deal with the fluff, and usually I am a fan of Walker’s, but this time it was a no-go. Kebbel is cute, but she was also annoying, and there was no chemistry between her and Walker. Also, the premise was too much like How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days, which was much better. I think the problem with Hallmark is that sometimes taking the super sweet approach doesn’t actually work when what you need is to rip the bandaid off. This movie was a pass.
