This Hallmark film has something most Hallmark films don’t have: characters with real problems. They struggle with jobs, money and family, like normal people do. This is a cute film, but I didn’t love it. They failed to provide sufficient backstory to explain why the leads couldn’t get along and how they ended up working together. I think if they had taken more time to fill out these details, it may have made more sense and had better flow. As it is, I would say it is a pass.
