I was quite surprised by the poor reviews this show received, causing it to be canceled after the first season.  Perhaps, the progressive characters featured on the show didn’t resonate with the viewers; even I didn’t like it very much.  However, you can never go wrong watching Stewart, whatever character he plays.  This is a lovely family show and worth a watch.
