The Train Robbers (1973) Rated PG

A gun man is hired by a widow to locate her husband’s gold that he stole in order to return it to the rightful owner and start anew. Starring John Wayne, Ann-Margret, Rod Taylor

This film is a classic. It’s  a classic in the fact that it is a 70s western with an aging John Wayne as the smitten gun man of the widow. The film takes many a turns as the group work with the widow to locate her husband’s gold and turn her life around for her and her son. It’s not one of the best John Wayne films but it is one that was fun to watch and the twist at the end makes the film all the more worth watching. I would say the film is worth a watch.
