Coco (2017) Rated PG

A boy, who aspires to be a musician enters the Land of the Dead to find his legendary grandfather. Starring  Anthony Gonzalez, Gael García Bernal, Benjamin Bratt.

I have to say, this film was better than The Book of Life. The story telling is wonderful, and the animation is beautiful. Although it the story itself and its ending are predictable, it does a much better job of explaining the Day of the Dead than its predecessor did with the Book of Life. Still, it really only glosses over how Miguel is transferred to the Land of the Dead, but that is a minor issue. Overall, this film is worth a watch.
