A Very Merry Mix-Up (2013) Rated TV-G

Alice is meeting her future in-laws for Christmas. She heads out early and runs into who she thinks is her fiancé’s brother but discovers that she’s mixed up the families. Starring Alicia Witt, Mark Wiebe, and Lawrence Dane.

This is one of those Hallmark movies that is so contrived that you know this couldn’t happen in real life. Everything has to fall perfectly into place for the series of events to occur, and it does in a Hallmark movie. It’s reminiscent of While You Were Sleeping but with a different family. This is a sweet film with a great romance, but my biggest problem with the film is that it’s so predictable and contrived. It’s not bad but not worth a watch.
