This is Martin Bonner (2013) Rated R

Martin Bonner has moved to Nevada from the East Coast, leaving behind his children and the life he built for two decades. Starring Paul Eenhoorn, Demetrius Grosse, and Tom Plunkett.

This is one of those films that gives you a glimpse into another person’s life. We don’t get any background on any of the characters; we’re just dropped into the story with no explanation of what we’re watching. The film gives us a sense of the loneliness that the two main two characters feel as they adjust to their new lives. The film runs slow and gives us little to go on. Even the story and conversations between the characters seem stilted and disjointed. It’s a film that has great cinematography but doesn’t have the story to go with it. It’s not worth a watch.
