Lucy Worsley is a historian of English Aristocrats. This TV movie is a wonderful recreation of the wedding between Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. There isn’t much about the wedding that has stood the test of time, but there are clues to what the wedding was like. Queen Victoria’s wedding is one that set forth traditions that we still use in weddings today. They even use actors to recreate the ceremony. Worsley knows her English history, and the experts all study what the historical culture would entail. This film is worth a watch.
