A Christmas Mystery (2014) Rated TV-PG

A reporter learns that her mother has been receiving Christmas cards from a secret admirer and decides to find out who he is. Starring Esmé Bianco, Ryan Bittle, and John Ratzenberger.

This film is very poorly written. The premise is interesting, but the story just lacks in all aspects. There are plot holes and not a lot of intrigue. The acting isn’t the greatest either – the characters lack depth, which again points to the writing, but the actors can’t seem to overcome this obstacle. They never make these characters into people that we can identify with or sympathize with. This film is not worth a watch.
