The Gnome-Mobile (1967) Rated G

A millionaire and his grandchildren are asked to help some forest Gnomes to find the others in their tribe. Along the way, the grandfather is suspected of being crazy – now, the children and gnomes have to help the grandfather. Starring Walter Brennan, Matthew Garber, and Karen Dotrice.

This is one of those fun Disney films that is just charming. There isn’t much to the story, and it doesn’t go deep in storytelling. The actors are entertaining to watch. It’s the third Disney film that teams Garber and Dotrice together, which brings the chemistry that the two have as brother and sister. It’s a shame that we lost Garber too soon. The special effects are great for the time period in which the movie was made. The film is charming and one that is worth a watch.
