The show explores the fangirls of Star Wars’ Princess Leia in the male dominated nerd culture. Starring Tracy Deonn, Preeti Chhibber, and Andrea Letamendi.

I’ve always been a fan of Leia, but these girls go deeper than I ever thought possible with the character of Leia and the actress Carrie Fisher. She was an amazing character, but I think they are putting too much emphasis on what her character did. She was a great character, and Fisher worked hard at making her an equal character to Han Solo and Luke Skywalker. However, I thought the show was pushing an agenda, although, I love the stories that the women told of why they identify with Leia. Ultimately, this show is not worth a watch.
